My inspiration comes from growing up surrounded by art and music, fostering a deep appreciation for color, light, shape, texture, sound, and movement. This foundation allows me to experience and interpret the world in many different ways.

Artistic ability runs in my family, from my great-grandfather to my father, both of whom were incredibly talented. I have studied art at the college level as well as through art centers and workshops, and I continue to incorporate new techniques into my work. I see my education as an ongoing process and look forward to continually evolving as an artist.

A pivotal moment in my journey was creating my oil painting, In Loving Memory of Mom. My mother passed away at a young age under tragic circumstances when I was seventeen. She loved cardinals, and this piece became a meaningful turning point, encouraging me to continue creating. Many believe that cardinals are visiting angels, and I will always see my mother as my guiding presence.
