Step into an evening where the soulful flavors of New Orleans, the warmth of the Caribbean, and the energy of vibrant contemporary art come together beneath the summer sky at The Uncommon Ranch.

As part of our summer Long Table series, guests will gather for an immersive farm-to-table dining experience curated by Chef Kaytie Bowman, whose menu will weave together the bold spices, slow traditions, and colorful influences of Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Expect layered flavors, fresh seasonal ingredients, and dishes designed to be shared in the spirit of community and celebration.

Surrounding the evening will be the striking and expressive works of acclaimed artist Donn Angel Perez,  whose collection brings movement, color, and emotion to the ranch. His Latin-inspired and contemporary pieces will transform the atmosphere into a living gallery of texture, storytelling, and modern indulgence.

Set against the backdrop of lavender fields, golden summer light, jazz rhythms, and communal tables, this experience is designed to feel transportive—elegant yet relaxed, artistic yet deeply rooted in hospitality.
