The Long Table: A dinner series inspired by the world’s longest-living cultures

Last Stop Uncommon California, USA – WILD CALIFORNIA

As we gather for our fifth and final stop on our Blue Zones experience from Loma Linda, California – an evening inspired by the vibrant, “wild” abundance of the West Coast. This closing dinner will celebrate fresh fish, peak-season fruits, and garden-forward ingredients that reflect California’s natural richness and longevity-focused lifestyle. We are honored to welcome Ludovic Lacourte of Black Oak Ridge Ranch, Anderson Valley, CA,  who will personally curate and serve exceptional wine pairings throughout the evening including selections from his own vineyard. With roots in a storied French winemaking family from Château Chalon and a life shaped between Europe and California, his wines bring both heritage and place to the table – creating a truly memorable finale.

Ludovic Lacourte is the Proprietor and Vintner of Black Oak Ridge Cellars, a premier California winery dedicated to producing small-batch, handcrafted wines that express a distinct sense of place. He hails from Château-Chalon, a village in France’s Jura region, where his family has crafted the celebrated Château-Chalon Vin Jaune for over a century – a world-renowned, small-production wine prized for its singular character and complexity.

Carrying that legacy across the Atlantic, Ludovic founded Black Oak Ridge Cellars with a philosophy of minimal intervention and deep respect for terroir, sourcing fruit from exceptional, biodynamic vineyards across California and Oregon’s finest Pinot Noir AVAs. Reserve your April 25th seat at the Long Table.

Pull up a chair and join us at The Long Table—a farm-to-table dining experience where Chef Kaytie introduces unforgettable flavors and deep connection, bringing you to the place where timeless traditions meet. Inspired by the lifestyle practices of the world’s Blue Zones, each gathering is a celebration of both wellness, indulgence and longevity.

Blue Zones are regions around the world where people regularly live to 100 and beyond, supported by diets rich in locally and sustainably sourced plants & protein, strong social bonds, and a slower, more intentional pace of life. These centenarian communities remind us that longevity isn’t simply about living longer—it’s about living better.

Set around a beautifully styled communal table in a space defined by artistic and intentional beauty, guests are treated to some of the tastiest, most luxurious meals crafted from the season’s freshest ingredients. Every dish is made with care—rich in flavor, vibrant in color, and rooted in the culinary wisdom of cultures that thrive in health, joy, and connection.

Limited seating. Advance reservations required. DOORS open 5 pm.
