We are delighted to welcome back Chef Kaytie for Summer 2025, as she curates an extraordinary multi-course dining experience inspired by the delicate, floral, and savory essence of lavender.
Set al fresco beside our blooming lavender fields, or within The Retreat – our newest venue – this elegant evening celebrates the height of the season. Each course will feature artful pairings of farm-fresh ingredients, herbs, and botanicals, thoughtfully woven into a menu that honors the beauty of the land and the spirit of summer.
As you dine under the open sky, let the scent of lavender drift through the evening air while the rich flowy sounds of jazz by acoustic artist Derek Boik create a perfectly harmonized backdrop to your culinary journey.
The complete multi-course menu will be revealed two weeks prior to the dinner, offering a glimpse into the unforgettable evening that awaits.
