As a third-generation inhabitant of a century-old cabin built by my grandfather—where each generation has left its own mark—I always knew I wanted to be a full-time fine artist, and that this is where I wanted to do it.
I’ve been fortunate to have a diverse creative career in illustration, advertising, and marketing. Today, I paint with the same passion I had in my youth, documenting what I see in the forests of northern Michigan and the places life has taken me, while continuing to refine my skills.
I’m now doing what I love, living in a place I love, and grateful for every day I get to paint. Thank you for visiting.
